基于新型人才培养的军校案例教学探析

为了发挥案例教学对军队新型人才培养的促进作用，提高人才培养质量，在解析了案例教学内涵和特点的基础上，指出了军校案例教学中出现的一些问题，提出了注重案例库建设、提高教员课堂驾驭能力和实现学员学习模式转变等建议，对促进军校教员正确认识案例教学的作用，并在实际教学中开展案例教学具有一定的参考价值。

Discussion of military academy case-based teaching based on new talent training

To exert the fostering influences of the case-based teaching on training of military new talent, and boost their training quality, this article points out a number of problems in the military academy’s case-based teaching, and proposes that the construction of case base should be stressed, the teachers’control ability in class be enhanced and the transformation of cadets’learning mode realized, which can be a certain reference for facilitating the military academy’s teachers understanding correctly the functions of case-based teaching and carrying out the case-based teaching in practice.
