摘    要:(上接本刊 2 0 0 2年第 3期第 2 9页 )4 其他类型牵伸器的计算以上对意大利NWT公司的狭缝式牵伸器进行了各种摩擦阻力条件下的气流计算 ,并讨论了各种参数对与牵伸器气流参数的影响。下面对意大利STP和摩登公司的管式牵伸器以及德国莱芬公司的文丘里式负压牵伸器进行试算 ,由于条件所限 ,STP和摩登公司的管式牵伸器是以引射口关闭时的喷口负压为 - 1 2 5kPa为依据 ,反推导出喷射喷口的环隙宽度 ,而莱芬的文丘里式负压牵伸器是以气体流量 3 6 0 0m3/h为依据 ,反推导出抽吸负压值。通过分析比较计算结果 ,从中总结出一些规律…

Abstract:This paper briefly describes the development of spunlaid technology and analyzes the characteristics of various drawing systems. It demonstrates the importance of drawing system on the spunlaid technology. The article points out that the calculation of the gas current field of drawing system is necessary and urgent. According to the gas-kinetic theory and liquid-kinetic principle combined with automatic control, it calculates the various gas current parameters with different kinds of friction on the drawing system of NWT from Italy, and compares that with the trial data, then know the easy methods of measurement for drawing system performance and provides the theory warrant for establishing the mathematics models between various parameters and gas current parameters of drawing system and optimizes the design for drawing system.
