隧道及地下工程光面爆破技术研究现状与展望

摘    要:在收集整理国内外相关资料的基础上,从光面爆破机制、光面爆破参数、光面爆破控制管理等方面分析了隧道及地下工程光面爆破技术研究现状,提出了隧道及地下工程光面爆破技术存在的问题,对隧道及地下工程光面爆破技术的发展趋势进行了探讨,指出发展智能优化控制决策管理技术,制定光爆质量评定指标体系与技术标准,定量分析光爆开挖进尺与安全步距,开发基于无线网络技术的光面爆破智能优化控制管理决策系统,实现光面爆破的标准化、定量化、数字化、智能化与自动化是未来发展的方向。

Abstract:Based on the collection and review of the domestic and foreign literatures related to smooth blasting, its mechanism, parameters and control management are summarized in detail. The questions existing in the studies of smooth blasting technology for tunnel and underground engineering are also pointed out. The future development trend of smooth blasting is given, including the decision management technology of intelligent optimization control, the assessment system and technical standards, excavation footage and safety step, and other key technologies, as well as the establishment of decision management systems of intelligent optimization control for smooth blasting based on network technology, and realization of standardization, quantitative analysis, digital control, intelligent control and automation.
