摘    要:由于我国城市地铁建设起步较晚,技术不熟练,缺乏大量的工程建设经验,近年大量的地铁隧道施工中事故频频发生,造成了严重的经济损失和恶劣的社会影响。通过收集2003—2011年我国地铁隧道施工事故数据资料,考虑事故的发生时间、事故类型、出现位置及死亡人数等多种影响因素进行了统计,对比分析了事故发生的特征,并从每年度的事故次数及死亡人数研究了事故的发展趋势,揭示了我国地铁隧道施工事故发生规律,有针对性提出了控制和减低事故发生的对策与建议,研究工作将为地铁隧道施工风险管理实施提供基础数据资料,并为我国地铁建设事故防范提供参考。

Abstract:Subway construction is widely carried out in most of large cities of China now, which is lack of advanced technology, skilled workers and construction experience. But a lot of collapses or failures are occurred frequently in the area of subway tunnel construction in recent ten years, which resulted in much economic loss, harm to environment and severe social effect. The data about accidents of China’s subway tunnel construction from 2003 to 2011 are collected here and statistically analyzed in order to study the regularity of hazards outbreak and risk management on construction. The statistical result reveals the accident factors such as time, hazard type, location distribution pattern of accident, and figures out the development trend of accidents’ frequency and injuries and deaths. The research would provide a necessary data of risk management complement, and give a reference to control or reduce the hazard occurrence for China’s subway tunnel safe construction.
