| 摘 要： | 在上部结构与地基基础共同作用理论的基础上,提出了用增加柱间支撑的方法,解决差异框架结构独立基础不均匀沉降的问题,通过有限元分析及试验,证明理论分析结果与实际符合较好。该方法施工方便,构造简单,可降低工程造价,且提高了建筑物的抗震性能。

| Abstract: | Applying the theory of interaction between superstructure-foundation-basis.Proposed to the way of increase support in between columns in order to solve the issue of the framework of an independent basis differential settlement.Through finite element analysis and tests show that the theoretical analysis of results and the actual results with better.The method is convenient,structure simple,can greatly reduce the construction cost,and improve the building of the seismic performance. |
