摘    要:以贵州某高硅铝土矿为研究对象,开展了焙烧-预脱硅试验研究,确定了焙烧预脱硅工艺的最佳条件。在最佳条件下,SiO2的液计脱除率为80.11%,渣计为78.06%,矿物中大部分的硅被除去。预脱硅后矿物铝硅比(A/S)达23.53,预脱硅效果好,满足拜耳法生产氧化铝要求。

Abstract:The optimum conditions of calcination pre-desilication process, which targeted to a high silica bauxite in Guizhou, is determined through the research on pretreatment crafts of the bauxite ore. Under the optimum conditions, the removal efficiency of the SiO2 by liquid and slag metering is 80. 11% and 78.06% , respectively. Additionally, the A1-Si ratio of the pre-desilication products is 23.53, indicating a good pre-desilication effect. Silicon in the ore can be mostly removed by the roasting-pre-desilication method on bauxite.
