BiPAP呼吸机治疗肺性脑病并昏迷患者的临床可行性研究

目的 观察应用BiPAP呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭并昏迷患者的临床疗效.方法 对43例COPD合并呼吸衰竭昏迷患者应用BiPAP呼吸机治疗,并记录治疗前和治疗后2h、1d、2d的生命体征及动脉血气分析变化.结果 治疗后pH、PaO2和SpO2升高,PaCO2下降,HR、RR下降,差异均有统计学意义.结论 BiPAP无创机械通气对COPD合并呼吸衰竭并昏迷患者是一种有效的抢救和治疗方法,降低气管插管率,减少患者痛苦.
