摘    要:介绍了变频器在液位控制系统中的实际应用。通过对液位控制回路的介绍,给出了一种利用变频器控制液位的设计方案,并结合实例介绍了改造后变频器控制液位的流程图和系统调试方法及原理。实践证明,改造后的系统稳定性好,抗干扰能力强,取得了较好的经济效益,为拓宽变频器的应用范围做了一次成功的尝试。

Abstract:The application of transducer in the crude oil buffer tank 's liquid level control system in introduced.By introducing the liquid level control loop, we give out a scheme of using transducer to control liquid level. The flow picture of liquid level and system debug method and principle are introduced with example, and practice proves the changed system has good stability and anti-jamming. Great benefits are obtained, it is a successful test for widening the application scope of transducer.
