头颈部手术切口应用无菌敷贴粘胶部分粘合的临床研究

目的：讨论使用无菌敷贴粘胶部分粘合头颈部手术切口在临床上的应用。方法通过对实验组625例头颈手术患者切口使用无菌敷贴粘胶部分粘合进行观察，与传统丝线间断缝合切口的对照组比较关闭切口所用时间、切口愈合等级、患者满意度、切口疼痛、瘢痕明显率、有无缝线反应、皮下硬结、感染和裂开等指标。结果实验组在关闭切口所用时间、有无缝线反应、皮下硬结、患者满意度的指标上，均优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（t=6.94，χ2=47.55、9.23、5.32，P均＜0.05）。结论头颈部手术切口应用无菌敷贴粘胶部分粘合皮肤切口，操作简单、可靠，有利于切口的愈合，美容效果好。

Utilization of the sterile application for binding the operative incisions in the head and neck operation

Objective To discuss the utilization of the sterile application for binding the operative incisions in patients with head and neck operation. Methods A total of 625 patients （experimental group） used sterile applications for binding the operative incisions, and the control group used the traditional interrupted sutures method. Time for closing the wound, wound healing conditions, satisfaction of the patients, incision pain, scar obvious rate, suture reaction, subcutaneous in-durations, and infection and crack of the two groups were compared. Results The results of the time for closing the wound, subcutaneous indurations, satisfaction of the patients, suture reaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group with statistic differences （t=6.94;χ2=47.55,9.23,5.32;P〈0.05）. Conclusion The utilization of the sterile application for binding the operative incisions in the head and neck operation is easy, reliable and economical for healing the wound.
