摘    要:鲁菜创新大赛是由山东省商务厅主办的省内餐饮行业的重大赛事。本文分析了鲁菜由盛转衰的历史过程,提出了鲁菜创新大赛是引领鲁菜健康发展的必要手段,从五个方面阐述了对鲁菜创新发展产生的深远影响。

Influence of Shandong Innovation Competition on Shandong Cuisine Development

Abstract:Shandong cuisine innovation competition is a major event organized by Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce in food and beverage industry. This paper analyzes the historical process of Shandong cuisine,and holds that Shandong innovation competition is a necessary means to lead the healthy development of the Shandong cuisine. It elaborates Shandong cuisine far- reaching influence on the innovation and development from five aspects.
