基坑相邻分区同时施工的可行性分析及设计

摘    要:为保证基坑自身和周边环境的安全,软土地区的深大基坑一般采取分区施工的措施,但部分项目对工期有特定要求时,需要对上述工况进行优化。通过上海地区某基坑工程的变形及支撑体系监测数据分析,探讨、印证了基坑相邻分区同时施工的可行性,提出了基坑需要同时不同步开挖的要求。同时,在基坑支护设计过程中,提出了中隔墙、支撑体系、立柱体系、换撑体系等专项设计要点。

Abstract:To ensure the safety of the foundation pit itself and the surrounding environment,the deep and large foundation pit in the soft soil area is generally constructed in different partitions.However,when some projects have specific requirements for the construction period,the above conditions need to be optimized.Based on the analysis of deformation and monitoring data of support system of a foundation pit project in Shanghai,the feasibility of simultaneous construction of adjacent areas of the foundation pit is discussed and confirmed,and the requirement of simultaneous and asynchronous excavation of foundation pit is proposed.Meanwhile,the key points of special design such as middle partition wall,support system,column system and support replacement system are put forward during the design of foundation pit support.
