锡和铅-锡合金相变点附近导热系数的测定

摘    要:应用利用相界面移动速率曲线测量物质熔点温度附近固、液相热物性的方法。采用电加热器取代恒温浴。通过改进定解条件和采用新的数值计算方法。实验测量锡与铅一锡合金的导热系数。结果与文献报道数据吻合,测量误差约为5%。测试过程中不要求瞬间温度突变的边界条件。从而确保了测试过程中被测试材料的晶型、结构和热物理性能的稳定性,保证了测试结果的真实性。

Abstract:The thermal conductivity of tin and lead-tin alloy near phase transition point are experimentally determined according to the method of measuring thermal conductivity by the movement of liquid/solid interface and substituting electrical heater for constant temperature bath, improving solving condition and adopting the latest numerical calculation method. The results are consonant with the data reported by references, and the measuring error is about 5 %. Since the botmdary condition with the texture suddenly changing is not needed during the determination process, the stability of crystal type, configuration and thermal physical property of the sample can be insured during the determination process, and the facticity of the result of the determination is assured.
