| 摘 要： | 可再生能源分布与民族地区存在高度一致性,民族地区发展可再生能源,具有重大的现实意义和战略意义.与传统化石能源开发利用对生态环境造成的破坏和压力相比,民族地区利用资源优势和政策机制发展可再生能源,不仅可以缓解能源不足的压力,改善能源结构,更能有效改善经济发展与自然、环境之间的矛盾或冲突,实现经济的可持续发展.
