多沙普仑与麻醉复苏

多沙普仑兴奋剂可提供最佳的麻醉复苏条件，是非常重要的麻醉苏醒药，充分的逆转麻醉后呼吸抑制及意识丧失，达到麻醉后病人完全苏醒的目的。本文３０例病人采用静脉注入多沙普仑１ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１后，其潮气量、呼吸频率显著增加，意识恢复时间明显缩短（Ｐ＜０．０１），从而纠正了静脉和吸入麻醉药所致的呼吸抑制和神志不清。显效２７例（９０％）；有效３例（１０％）；无１例失败，使用中未见严重的副作用。

Doxapromi escitant can provide the best condition of resuscitation after anesthesia. It is a very important medicament of resuscitation after anesthesia. It can inverse completely respiration inhibition and consciousness loss after anesthesia and get to the purpose of complete restoration after anesthesia. This dissertation introduces 30 cases whose tidal volume and respiration frequency obviously increase(P<0. 01)after intravenous injection doxapromi 1 mg·kg-1. The time of restoration to consciousness is shortened evidently. So it corrects respiration inhibition and consciousness loss caused by anesthesia medicament. 27 cases have a clearly curative effect(90%). 3 cases have a curative effect. No failure occurs. No serious side effect is seen in the course of using.
