真空感应炉冶炼低铝高纯净钢的工艺研究

摘    要:对高纯净钢的冶炼工艺进行分析研究,通过改进操作工艺、调整操作参数、改进原材料等措施,可以用真空感应炉生产C、O、N、Als(酸熔铝)、S和Ti含量分别为0.000 9%、0.001 5%、0.001 1%、0.001 2%、0.000 9%和0.000 4%的高纯净钢.

Abstract:This paper analysis the smelting process of high purity steel,and the high purity steel,which the contents of C,O,N,Als,S,and Ti are 0.000 9%,0.001 5%,0.001 1%,0.001 2%,0.000 9% and 0.000 4% respectively,can be obtained with a vacuum induction furnace by improving the operating process,adjusting the operating parameters,improving the quality of raw materials and other measures.
