对 1 例骨科术后颅脑感染患者实施药学监护的体会简

目的：探讨临床药师参与手术科室的抗感染治疗与药学监护的方法。方法：针对1例骨科腰椎间盘突出术后颅内感染患者，临床药师从药物选择、给药途径和剂量、疗程、不良反应监测等方面，为患者制订个体化治疗方案，并进行药学监护。结果：在临床药师的积极参与下，成功治愈患者，使临床对颅内感染患者抗菌药物的选择有了进一步提高。结论：临床药师参与抗感染个体化治疗方案的制订，向患者提供药学服务，开展药学监护，可减少或避免药品不良反应的发生，提高药物治疗效果。

Experience of clinical pharmacist applying pharmaceutical care for a patient with intra - cranial infections after orthopedic operation

OBJECTIVE ： To explore the methods of clinical pharma - cist participating in anti - infection treatment and develo- ping pharmaceutical care. METHODS：Clinical pharmacist supplied pharmaceutical care and planed individual treatment regimen for apatient with intracranial infection after treatment of lumbar disc operation in respects of drug selection, drug dosage treatment course, adverse reaction monitoring, etc. RESULTS：Through pharmaceutical care, surgeon learned more about antimicrobial in in- tracranial infection patient and cured the patient by active participation of pharmacists. CONCLUSION：Clinical pharmacist partici- pates in the formulation of anti - infection treatment regimen and provides pharmaceuti - cal carefor patients to reduce or avoid ad- verse drug reaction and improve the quality of medical treatment.
