苄星青霉素治疗67例早期梅毒疗效分析

目的：对苄星青霉素治疗的早期梅毒患者进行临床疗效及治疗前后的血清学结果分析。方法：选择67例早期梅毒患者，采用苄星青霉素240万单位，肌注治疗，每周一次。共三次。结果：一期梅毒24例，1周后皮损均消失，血清RPR于治疗后3月时阴转率为37．5％，6月时阴转率为58．3％。二期梅毒43例，3N后皮损均消失，血清RPR于治疗后3月时阴转率为14．0％，6月时阴转率为44．2％。结论：早期梅毒病程短，临床治愈快。RPR滴度于治疗后3月内呈4倍幅度下降，6月内呈8倍幅度下降，是预言早期梅毒能尽早治愈的标志。

Analysis of 67 Patients with Early Syphilis after Therapy by Penicillin G Benzathine

Objective:To analyse the clinical effect and serological results pre- and post- therapy by penicillin G benzathine for early syphilis.Methods:67 patients with early syphilis were treated with penicillin G benzathine,2.4 million units were given intramuscularly weekly for three weeks.Results:All 24 patients with primary syphilis were cured clinically within one week,The seronegative rate of three months and six months was 37.5% and 58.3% respectively.Similarly,the 43 patients with secondary syphilis were cured clinically within three weeks.The seronegative rate of three months and six months was 14.0% and 44.2%respectively.Conclusion:If the duration of infection is short,clinical curing is more rapid. A fourfold decline in RPR titer after three-month's therapy and an eightfold decline after six-month are good indicators to predict early sypeffective endocardial perfusion pressurecured in short term.
