| 摘 要： | 老子的《道德经》蕴含着以道为中心的丰富的管理思想,无论是对古代的治国还是现代企业管理都具有非常重要的意义。文章探讨了"无为而治"与企业执行力提升的有机联系,分析了实现"无为而治"的途径,并且利用CAS理论解释了企业执行力与员工执行力之间的关系。

| Abstract: | There are so many management thoughts which are arounds the way included in LaoZi's Dao De Jing and the management thought is very important not only to the ruler of one country in ancient times but also to modern management.This paper discusses the links between enterprise execution power and inaction management,then analyzes the way to realize inaction management and explaines the relation between enterprise execution power and staff execution power with CAS theory. |
