贵州和浙江产吴茱萸指纹图谱分析及含量测定

摘    要:目的:应用UPLC-UV指纹图谱方法,结合吴茱萸中有效成分柠檬苦素、吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的含量测定,评价不同品种及产地的吴茱萸药材质量,为控制市场上吴茱萸药材质量提供依据。方法:采用ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm),流动相乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速0.5 mL·min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温25℃。收集了24批不同产地不同种吴茱萸样品进行指纹图谱分析,结合主成分分析及有效成分含量测定,对吴茱萸药材整体质量进行评价。结果:建立了吴茱萸UPLC-UV指纹图谱,标定了9个共有峰。指纹图谱相似度评价结果显示贵州产吴茱萸质量较稳定、统一,浙江产吴茱萸质量稍不统一。主成分分析结果表明,吴茱萸药材不同种之间成分上存在差异性。产地对吴茱萸药材中柠檬苦素和生物碱含量有影响。结论:指纹图谱结合有效成分含量测定的方法可用于吴茱萸药材的整体质量评价,对吴茱萸药材的品种鉴定及质量控制具有指导意义。
