教学督导听课信息管理系统的建设

摘    要:随着教学督导工作的全面开展和普及,教学督导的听课信息记录越来越多了,如何快速的、有效的利用督导信息以提高教学质量成为一个问题。开发教学督导听课信息管理系统,电子记录历年教学评估组及学生的评价信息。更科学、更规范的对学校教师的教学水平、能力,给出合理的分析结论,包括当前教学水平、满意程度、历史曲线、教学成长梯度以及未来期望等信息。该系统取代传统的采用文案记录并归档的方式,将进一步规范教学管理工作,以促进学校整体教学质量的提升。

Abstract:Along with comprehensive development and popularization of teaching Supervision work, the record of teaching direction were getting more and more, how effective use direction information to improve the quality of teaching to become a question. This article develops teacher educational quality evaluation system, unified record in the past years teaching appraisal group and student's appraisal information. Scientifically and standard to the teaching level and ability of school teacher, gives the reasonable analysis conclusion, will expect and so on information including current teaching horizontal and satisfaction, the historical curve, the progress gradient as well as the future. This system substitution selected the method that archives record and files away in the past, and will promote further school whole instruction quality promotion.
