摘    要:针对高瓦斯及突出煤层顺层瓦斯抽放钻孔施工困难的问题,寻求一种新的钻孔施工技术。通过对煤矿井下煤层地质条件的分析,对孔底液压马达驱动钻头旋转结合水射流破煤的钻孔技术进行了试验研究。试验表明:该钻孔工艺技术有利于充分利用水力能量,降低钻杆磨损,减少了钻杆折断的概率;新型PDC钻头能更好地与煤层相适应,大幅度地提高了破煤效率,提高了钻进速度。

Abstract:In this paper, study was made on a new drilling technology according to the difficulty of drilling gas drainage holes along seam in high gassy and outburst seam. Test was conducted on the drilling technology with the combination of using down-hole motor to drive drilling bit and crushing coal by water jet through the analysis on the stratum conditions of coal mine. Test showed that this drilling technology is advantageous for the full use of hydraulic energy, the reduction of drill rod abrasion and the probability of rod break-down. The new PDC drill bit can better suit to coal seam, greatly improve coal crushing efficiency and enhance drilling speed.
