| 摘 要： | 介绍了化妆粉盒底壳注射模结构,为保证塑件顺利脱模,用一个滑块同时完成塑件3个方向的抽芯动作,开、合模动作灵活可靠。模具定模型腔板和动模型芯均采用循环水冷却方式,塑件注射成型后能充分冷却,既缩短了成型周期,又提高了塑件质量。

| Abstract: | An injection mould was designed for the bottom case of a make-up box in which a slide block was used to implement the core-pulling of the plastic part in three directions,and circulating water cooling was applied for cavity plate at fixed half and cores at moving half that can fully cool the part and shorten the forming cycle. |
