| 摘 要： | 以电脑显示器的导轨槽为例,讨论了如何利用Moldflow软件模拟分析塑件变形产生的原因,并结合塑件结构和模具设计,通过修改塑件结构,使变形问题得到根本解决,增加试模的成功率。

| Abstract: | Moldflow software was used to simulate the deformation and analyze the deforma tion cause in forming the guide groove in a computer monitor.Through improving the structure of product and mould,the deformation problem was solved and the operation effi ciency was increased. |
