分析全麻诱导中应用舒芬太尼对心血管系统的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨舒芬太尼在全麻诱导中对心血管系统的影响。方法:将70例将行全麻诱导患者纳入研究,随机分为实验组(舒芬太尼组)、对照组(芬太尼组)各35例,在诱导前、后以及插管时、插管后分别监测并记录心率、血压。结果:诱导前、后的心率,对照组均快于实验组,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但插管时和插管后3min,对照组心率明显快于实验组,两组差异性显著(P<0.01)。诱导后的收缩压和舒张压,实验组均低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);插管时、插管后3min的收缩压和舒张压,对照组明显高于试验组,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01);而诱导前的收缩压和舒张压,两组比较差异性不显著(P>0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼可有效抑制全麻时心血管系统反应,适合临床应用。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the impact to CVS(cardiovascular system) by using Sufentanil in general anesthesia inducement.Methods: Seventy patients who will take the general anesthesia inducement into this discuss and study,and in random into two teams with 35 patients each which are named by experimental team(sufentanil team) and comparison team(fentanyl team),before and after the inducement,while and after the intubation,monitor patients' heart rate and blood pressure.Results: Patients' heart rate before and after the inducement in comparison team are faster than experimental one,and that is quite useful in statistics(P0.05).But while and after the intubation by 3 minutes,patients' heart rate in comparison team are truly faster than experimental one,and that has the marked otherness(P0.01).After the inducement,patients' systolic and diastolic blood pressure in experimental team are lower than in comparison one,and that otherness is useful in statistics(P0.05).While and after the intubation by 3 minutes,patients' systolic and diastolic blood pressure in comparison team are quite higher than in experimental one,and that has the marked otherness(P0.01).But before the inducement,patients' systolic and diastolic blood pressure in two teams are not quite different(P0.05).Conclusion: It could effectually inhibit the impact to CVS in general anesthesia inducement by using Sufentanil,so Sufentanil could be used in clinical application.
