| 摘 要： | 以阿月浑子(Pistacia vera L.)为试材,研究了硼及植物生长调节物质对花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:低浓度的硼酸、赤霉素、萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸和2,4-D均能促进花粉萌发和花粉管生长,而高浓度时却不利于花粉萌发和花粉管生长;适宜阿月浑子花粉萌发和花粉管生长的硼酸浓度为100 mg/L,赤霉素浓度为25mg/L,萘乙酸浓度为0.5 mg/L,吲哚乙酸和2,4-D浓度均为15 mg/L。
