中文版临床医生对精神疾病态度量表（医学生版）的信效度分析

目的翻译“临床医生对精神疾病态度量表（医学生版）”（MentalIllness：Clinician’SAtti—tudesScale—MedicalStudents’Version，MICA—MS），并评价其在我国医学生群体中应用的信度和效度。方法采用标准翻译／回译方法，翻译并形成MICA—MS中文版，然后对其进行信度、内容效度、结构效度、效标关联效度评价。结果MICA—MS中文版总的Cronbach仅系数是0．75，量表总的重测信度为0．86，内容效度指数为0．96，与社会距离量表，歧视精神疾病患者态度量表中度相关。探索性因子分析显示，MICA．MS中文版可提取5个公因子，5个公因子对变异量的累计贡献率为59．58％。结论MICA—MS中文版在我国医学生中具有较好的信效度，可用于测评医学生对精神疾病及患者认知、态度及行为倾向。

Reliability and validity of Chinese version of Mental Illness： Clinician＇s Attitudes Scale

Objective To develop the Chinese version of Mental Illness： Clinician＇s Attitudes （Students＇ Version） and examine its reliability and validity. Methods The scale was translated using the standard translation/back-translation method and examine its internal consistency, content validity, construct validity and criterion-related validity in medical students who were selected by convenient method. Results The Cronbaeh＇s c~ coefficient for MICA was 0.75 and the test-retests reliabilities of the total scale was 0.86 after one week. And the content validity was 0.96. Exploratory factor analysis showed a five factors structure. Five factors were extracted by factor analysis and could explain 59.58% of the total variance. Conclusions The Chinese version of MICA has good reliability and validity and can be used in medical students.
