| 摘 要： | 交通安全日益引起重视,而超速是造成交通事故的重要原因.笔者对道路交通事故成因进行探讨,分析了车速与事故的关系,重点研究了超速行驶对制动距离的影响,以及可能造成的后果,提出了适当限速能够减轻事故严重程度.研究了横向力及驾驶员行为与车速之间的关系,并从路线设计、宣传教育、交通管理控制三方面给出建议,以达到改善交通安全状况的目的. |

| Abstract: | Nowadays traffic safety is put in a very important position and the main reason of traffic accident is overspeed.The reason of highway accident is discussed in this paper,and the relationship between vehicle speed and accident is studied.The influence on braking distance and the possible consequence caused by overspeed is mainly analyzed.The injury extent will be decreased if the speed is suitably limited.The relationship between transverse load,driver's behavior and vehicle speed is studied.And some advices are given to improve traffic safety from the point of alignment design,education and traffic control. |
