| Abstract: | By using the pulse sequence model and the slab model that the active medium is divided into a series of thin slabs with certain gain distribution and loss factor,the propagation properties of laser beams with arbitrary spatial and temporal profiles passing through multistage and multipass pulsed laser amplifiers with arbitrary gain distribution have been studied in detail. |
