塑壳式断路器操作机构弹簧的优化设计

摘    要:根据塑壳式断路器操作机构的实际运动情况,利用仿真软件对操作机构弹簧进行优化设计。找到弹簧在合闸、分闸和自由脱扣3个过程中各个受力的峰值点和临界点,对处于这些关键位置点时的弹簧进行校核,结合实际情况,分析生产使用过程中出现的问题,并得出解决问题的最佳办法。正确的选用和使用弹簧,对于增加产品的机构寿命,提高产品的稳定性和可靠性有重要的作用。

Abstract:Based on the movement of operating mechanism in moulded case circuit breaker,operating mechanism springs were optimized by using simulation software.By finding out the peak value points and critical points of the spring forces during the processes of closing,opening and tripping,springs were calibrated at those critical positions,problem ocurred in the production was analyzed,and optimized method for the problem was obtained.By choosing the right springs and applying them properly,mechanical life of the ope...
