口腔疾患的兼性厌氧菌与需氧菌的药敏分析

摘    要:用K-B法检测6种抗生素对52株口腔疾患的兼性厌氧菌与需氧菌的药物敏感性。同时用试管稀释法测定5种抗菌药物对6种常见分离株的最小抑菌浓度。结果6种抗生素对52株分离株的敏感率以氯霉素(80.8%)和庆大霉素(53.9%)最高,其次是四环素(38.5%)和红霉素(28.9%),羧苄青霉素(23.1%)和先锋霉素(15.3%)最低,5种抗菌药物对6种常见分离株的MIC测定结果以克林霉素效果较好,林可霉素次之,乙酰螺旋霉素基本耐药,提示上述抗菌药物的抗菌谱有所不同,以庆大霉素或克林霉素效果最好。

Susceptible Analysis of Drugs Against Facultative Anaerobes and Aerobes Isolated From Oral Diseases
Abstract:The K-B and brood dilution methods were used for detecting drug susceptibility of 6 antibiotics to 52 isolates of facultative anarobes and aerobes isolated from oral diseases or MIC of 5 antimicrobial agents against 6 common isolates.The results showed that the susceptible rate of CMP or GEN against 52 isolates was 80.8%,53.9%;the rate of TET or ERY 38.5%,28.9%,the next and of CAR or CTN 23.1% and 15.3%,the third in ranking.Lincomycin and Clindamycin,especially Clindamycin,have better activities against most isolates,but Acetylspiramycin almost no activities.These suggested that drugs above have different activities against the isolates,and GEN or Clindamycin has the best activities against facultative anaerobes or aerobes.
