摘    要:本文报导了用生物工程技术构建的多功能降解性工程菌对高浓度制药废水的处理技术。工程菌LEY6是以乙酸钙不动杆菌T3株(Acinetobacter calcoaceticns T3)为受体,恶臭假单胞菌6-81株(Pseudomonas putida 6-81),节杆菌4#株(Arthrobacter sp4#)为供体,采用多基因转化受体原生质球构建而成。废水处理工程以接触氧化方式对废水进行处理。工艺采用物化预处理,工程菌深度处理的工艺路线。处理效果:进水CODCr=40000mg/L,出水CODCr=200mg/L以下。

Abstract:The treatment technology of waste water of higher concentration pharmacy by much functional degradation engineering bacteria that were constructed by biotechnology. The engineering bacteria LEY 6 were constructed with the method of genes to transform the spheroplast, use Acinetobacter ealcoaceticus T 3 and Pseudomonas putida 6-81, Arthobacter sp. 4 # as receptor and donor. Wastewater was processed by physical chemistry in advance, then engineering bacteria. Oxidize method by contact oxo-process. Effect: inflow COD Cr =40000mg/L, COD Cr of discharge water below 200mg/L?
