摘    要:随着配电网中分布式光伏渗透率的不断提高,研究配电网的主动控制策略对于提升配电网的光伏接纳能力以及优化电网运行具有重要意义。本文首先建立了基于支路潮流方程的单变电站日前优化调度模型,通过有载调压变压器、电容器组、分布式光伏和馈线开关的优化调度,实现单变电站的安全和经济运行。针对单变电站优化模型的非凸非线性问题,本文利用二阶锥松弛和线性化处理,将单变电站的优化模型转变为混合整数二阶锥松弛模型。本文进一步建立了通过联络线开关互联的多变电站站间边界耦合约束,并提出了多变电站协同优化策略。最后,以中国某地实际配电系统为例进行了算例分析,验证了所提方法的适应性和有效性。

Abstract:With the increasing penetration of distributed photovoltaic(PV)in distribution network(DN),the study of the active control strategy for DN is important for improving its PV hosting capacity and optimizing the operation of pow?er network.In this paper,the day-ahead optimal dispatching model of one substation is built based on branch power flow equations,which regulates the on-load tap changers,capacitor banks,distributed PVs and feeder switches to en?sure the safe and economic operation of the substation.As for the nonconvex nonlinearity of the proposed model,secondorder cone relaxation(SOCR)and linearization method are adopted to transform it into a mixed-integer SOCR model.In addition,the boundary coupling constraints between multiple substations that are connected by tie-line switches are for?mulated,and a coordinated optimization strategy for these substations is presented.At last,the adaptability and effec?tiveness of the proposed method are verified by simulation tests on a practical DN system in China.
