从“治未病”理论入手论治慢性肝病

"治未病"是中医学重要的防治思想,主要包括未病先防、既病防变和病后防复几个方面。治未病理论对许多临床疾病的诊治具有重要指导意义。重点从其基本思想出发,对慢性HBV携带者、慢性肝炎、肝硬化和脂肪肝等常见慢性肝病的中医诊治思路进行探讨,认为治未病理论在肝病临床具有良好前景。

Treatment of Chronic Liver Diseases with the"Disease Prevention Theory"

"Disease Prevention Theory"is an important concept of TCM,which consists of"prevent disease","prevent worsen"and"prevent recurrent".This theory plays an important role in many diseases to direct the clinical practice.Our article points to the spectrums of chronic liver diseases-asymptomatic HBV career,chronic hepatitis;cirrosis,fatty liver disease.According to the"Disease Prevention Theory",we discussed the relative ideas of TCM diagnosis and treatments,and believe that the theory deserves a perspective method to treat chronic liver diseases.
