自我健康护理教育在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理保健中的效果分析

目的：探讨自我健康护理教育在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理保健中的效果。方法选取我院2011年11月至2012年11月接诊的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象，其中，观察组采用自我健康护理教育措施，对照组采用常规护理措施，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后，观察组患者SGRQ呼吸评分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组患者戒烟成功率达90.00％，明显高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论采用自我健康护理教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者具有十分重要的作用，可明显提高患者的自我保健意识，积极配合医疗和护理措施，提高戒烟率，促进患者病情的改善，值得临床应用。

The effect of self-health care education on patients with chronic obstructive pulmo-nary disease

Objective To investigate the effect of self -health care education on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary dis-ease.Methods From November 2011 to November 2012 in our hospital 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were includ-ed in the study , of which observation group of 50 patients were treated with self-health care education initiatives , the control group of 50 pa-tients were treated with routine nursing care.Results After treatment , the observation group with breathing SGRQ scores was significantly lower than that of the control group , the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） , and the observation group with quitting smoking success rate was 90.00%, significantly higher than that of the patients in group with statistically significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） .Con-clusions The self-health care education on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has a very important role , which can sig-nificantly improve the patient＇s sense of self-care, and it is worthy of clinical application.
