| 摘 要： | 目的:对HPLC法测定肌苷注射液含量不确定度进行评定.方法:以肌苷注射液为例,用HPLC法测定肌苷的含量,分析了整个测定过程产生的不确定度.结果:扩展不确定度U为1.8％ k=2.结论:采用本方法建立的计算模型可用肌苷液相方法测定不确定度的评价.

| Abstract: | Objective:To set out the procedure for estimation of measurement uncertainty for the determination of Inosine Injection by HPLC.Methods:Determination of Inosine by HPLC,it analyzes the uncertainty of the entire process measurement.Results:The expanded uncertainty U95 was 1.8% k=2.Conclusion:The method for evaluation of the uncertainty was established in determination of Inosine Injection by HPLC. |
