直接磁悬浮永磁直线电动机运行机理研究

摘    要:为了消除直线电动机数控机床进给系统的摩擦阻力,实现无摩擦进给,提出了一种靠自身产生的磁悬浮力来解决数控机床进给系统的悬浮问题的新型直接磁悬浮永磁直线同步电动机。采用虚位移法建立其瞬态场中推力及磁悬浮力解析表达式,并且利用有限元软件ANSOFT对电动机进行了建模及分析,将解析计算结果与ANSOFT的计算结果进行比较,证明了采用虚位移法所建立模型的正确性,同时仿真结果也证明该直接磁悬浮永磁直线电动机自身可以产生解耦的并且可控的推力和悬浮力,实现无摩擦进给。

Abstract:In order to eliminate the friction force of linear motor numerical control machine tool feed system,a new Magnetic Suspension Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor(PMLSM) is put forward in this paper,which can generate the suspending power by itself and it is different from electromagnet suspension system.The virtual work method is presented for the electromagnetic force computation of linear synchronous motor in this paper.Then the results,which are then compared to those from the software ANSOFT,prove the validation of this method,and the results show that the motor can generate thrust and suspending force independently and it is feasible to realize the friction-free feed of NC machine tools.
