摘    要:本文针对煤矿监测系统存在网络瓶颈、采集终端不兼容的不足,研究了基于CAN总线的煤矿安全分布式监控系统,根据矿井的特点设计了通用智能环境监控终端和机电设备运行状态监控终端,并通过CAN总线实现多节点高速、高可靠性的网络互联,对煤矿环境安全参数和设备运行状态进行实时监控,各监控终端可根据优先级别自主通讯.主机对全局参数进行信息融合、综合分析与诊断及预警连锁及辅助决策.

Abstract:Aimed at the bottleneck of network and the shortcoming of acquisition terminals not compatible, this article has analyzed a coal mine safety monitoring system based on CAN. It has designed intelligent environment monitoring terminal and electromechanical device operation state monitoring terminal by the mine characteristic, structured CAN network realizing much node high speed , high reliability interconnection, carried out real time monitoring and control on the environment safe parameter and equipment operation state, every terminal may act autonomously according to preferential rank communication .The host computer carried out information fusion, comprehensive analysis , diagnose , early warning chain and auxiliary decision- making on the multiple parameter.
