急性脑血管病早期康复与针灸疗效对比研究

目的 :探讨急性脑血管病患者早期康复治疗、康复加针灸治疗的疗效。方法 :康复组加康复训练 ,康复针灸组加针灸 ,对照组不进行康复和针灸。结果 :早期康复组、康复加针灸组神经功能缺损评分减少明显优于对照组(P<0.001) ;康复组与康复加针灸组比较 ,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 :早期康复治疗 ,可以明显提高治愈好转率 ,降低致残率。

Contrast study about curative effect between nonage rehabilitation and acupuncture in patients with acute cerebralvascual disease

To discuss and observe the clinical curative effect between the group with nonage rehabilitation and acupuncture therapy and that without nonage rehabilitation and acupuncture therapy.Methods:The rehabilitation group process rehabilitation training,the acupuncture group process rehabilitation and acupuncture,the control group don′ t process the therapy of rehabilitation and acupuncture.Results:The nerve function defect grade decreases in evidence in the nonage rehabilitation group and the rehabilitation and acupuncture group,it is superior to that in the control group(P<0.001);there is no distinct difference between the rehabilitation and acupuncture group and the rehabilitation group(P< 0.05).Conclusion :The nonage rehabiliatation therapy can enhance the curing rate and the improvement rate,and can decrease the deformity rate.
