| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨雄激素受体（AR）与回族胃癌患者的病理相关性.方法采取免疫组化S-P法检测回族胃癌患者癌组织中雄激素受体的表达.结果 胃癌组织中AR阳性表达为42.5%（17/40）.AR与回族胃癌患者的性别、年龄以及胃癌发生的部位阳性表达差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.AR阳性表达在胃癌分化程度及淋巴结转移数目各组中差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 AR阳性表达与回族胃癌患者发生、分化程度以及淋巴结转移密切相关.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of androgen receptor （AR） and pathological correlation of Ningxia Hui people in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical expression of androgen receptor in gastric cancer tissue were detected by S - P in Ningxia Hui people. Results The expression of AR in gastric cancer tissues were 42.5% （17/40）. There was no positive ex- pression of sex age and the incidence of gastric cancer site AR and Ningxia Hui people in patients with gastric cancer significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. The positive expression of AR transfer between the differentiation of gastric carcinoma and lymph node number in each group had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is closely related to the occurrence, expression of AR in patients with gastric cancer in Ningxia Hui people differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis. |
