| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)在激光治疗静脉曲张术中、术后的临床疗效.方法 对2007年4月～2010年4月收治的465例手术激光刀治疗下肢静脉曲张的患者,均于术中、术后应用MEBO外敷于因激光造成血管损伤的表皮上,其中部分患者合并有下肢静脉炎及静脉溃疡.结果 465例患者均达到了消肿、镇痛的效果.结论 MEBO在激光治疗静脉曲张术中、术后应用都有极好的镇痛、消肿作用,有利于患者早期下床活动.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBO ointment on patients with varicose vein during and after laser therapy. Methods 465 cases with varicose vein in lower extremities admitted from April 2007 to April 2010 were given the laser therapy. MEBO ointment was topically applied on the affected area during and after the surgical procedures. Some of them were combined with phlebitis of lower extremities and venous ulcers. Results All 465 cases had the effects of detumescence and analgesis. Conclusion MEBO ointment used in the treatment of patients with varicose vein during and after laser therapy has detumescence and analgesic effect, being helpful for patient to move out of bed early after operation. |
