全桥逆变式弧焊电源的输出功率及其影响因素

摘    要:在对全桥逆变式弧焊电源全面研究的基础上,推导出其输出功率的数学表达式。研究表明,输入整流滤波电路的型式和功率脉冲变压器磁芯尺寸影响和限制了逆变电源的输出功率;同时,由于脉冲变压器漏感和输出整流的二极管反向恢复时间的存在,将导致输出脉宽的损失,也会影响逆变电源的输出功率。

Abstract:In this paper, a full bridge inverter type arc welding power source is sludied and themathmatical expression of its output power was derived. The investigations show that the type of inputrectifier and filter and the magnetic core of pulse transformer affect and limit the output power of invertertype arc welding power source, meanwhile the ekistence of the leak inductance of pulse transformer and thereverse recovery bine of output rectifier diode lead to decreasing of the valid output pulse width and alsoaffect the output power of inverter power source.
