热室遥控交换装置的结构设计与优化分析

摘    要:热室广泛应用于辐射防护领域,使维护人员免受放射性部件的辐射危害.由于热室环境的特殊性,遥控交换装置在放射性部件的维修和更换中发挥了非常重要的作用. 为了提高遥控交换装置的寿命和使用效率,通过CAE软件对遥控交换装置的重要部件进行结构设计与优化分析,提高零件的强度,减少零件的变形,从而减少设计的不合理,为热室遥控装置的优化设计提供参考.

Abstract:Hot Cell is widely used in radiation protection field.It can protect maintenance personnel from radiation hazard of radioactive components.As the Hot Cell environment is unique,remote exchanging device plays a very important role in maintenance and replacement of radioactive components.In order to improve the life and efficiency of remote exchanging device,structure design and optimization analysis were conducted for important components of the remote exchanging device by CAE software.Thereby,the strength of components is improved,the deformation of components and the improper design are reduced,and it provides a reference for the optimization design of remote device in Hot Cell.
