| 摘 要： | 氟中毒对机体的作用是广泛的，非特异性的。不仅可造成骨骼和牙齿的损害，也可造成机体其它器官和系统的损害。氟化物小剂量、短时间应用可增强机体细胞免疫功能；而大剂量、长时间染氟，细胞免疫和体液免疫则明显抑制，并可使细胞因子活性受到抑制。本文从氟对免疫器官、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、细胞因子的释放等方面的影响及对氟对免疫系统的影响作一综述。

| Abstract: | The influences of fluorosis on human body are widely and non-specifically. Fluorosis can damage not only bone and teeth but also other organs and systems. If fluoride is used in low dosage and short time, it can improve the function of cellular and humoral immunity, but when it is used in high dosage and long time, it will damage the immune function. In this article, we will summarize influences of fluorosis on immune organ, cellular immune, humoral immune and the releasing of cytokines. |
