喉显微外科手术（附46例分析）

本文介绍支撑喉镜与手术显微镜相结合对46例喉部病变患者进行喉显微外科手术的体会,同时介绍喉显微外科手术的适应症、禁忌症以及手术器械、手术方法等。

APPLICATION OF MICROLARY-NGOSCOPIC OPERATION

From October 1990 to August 1991, 46 cases of laryngeal diseases were observed and operated meticulously under integrating suspensory laryngoscope with operative microscope in our hospital.We have found that this method has the advantage of good illumination and view, thus very small lesion of the vocal cords could be found easily. The instruments, method of onaesthesia, operation procedure, as well as indications and contraindications were discussed in this paper. In the 46 patients 46 operations were done, biopsy of all lesions was performed, and the diagnoses were proved pathologically. Results of treatment were as follows, grade 1, entirely recovered, 38 cases; grade 2, improved, 3 cases, grade 3, voice being worsse, 5 cases. It is emphasized that under general anaesthesia and by using muscular relaxants, all cases had their vocal cords fixed in abduction position, which facilitates the operation, and makes the recognition of minute lesions which were invisible to the naked eyes. Tnerefore, it not only increases the diagnostic accuracy, but also makes the operation more thoroughly and causes less trauma to the patients.
