2009年漳州市常见蔬菜、水果、茶叶农药残留调查

摘    要:[目的]了解漳州市常见蔬菜、水果、茶叶中农药残留状况。[方法]2009年对漳州市蔬菜、水果、茶叶中农药残留按GB/T 5009-2003食品中有机磷、氨基甲酸酯类、拟除虫菊酯类和有机氯农药多种残留进行测定。[结果]蔬菜、水果、茶叶中都有检出农药,农药检出率5.99%。蔬菜中的农药残留较为严重,蔬菜中检出率较高的为叶菜类(9.20%),叶菜类中以油菜最高(8.00%);其次是花菜类(7.50%)、鲜豆类(5.00%);茶叶的检出率5.50%;水果的检出率3.00%。检出农药种类主要是拟除虫菊酯类,检出率为5.47%,氯菊酯为最高(28.05%),其次氰戊菊酯为22.30%。蔬菜、水果、茶叶中检测到国家禁止使用的高毒农药[乐果、氧化乐果、甲基对硫磷、毒死蜱]。[结论]农药污染危害严重,继续加强宣传教育,定期开展监测,加大综合治理措施。

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate pesticide residues in common food samples(vegetables,fruits,teas) in Southern Fujian.[Methods]The samples were detected by GB/T 5009-2003 method(organophosphate detecting method,carbamates detecting method,pyrethroid insecticides detecting method,organochlorine detecting method) in 2009.[Results]Three common foods were all detected pesticide residues positive.The positive rate was 5.99%.The pesticide residues in vegetables was higher than others.The positive rate of leaf vegetable...
