对我区少数民族双语教师培训的思考

新疆教育学院2004年3月开始承担自治区少数民族双语教师培训任务,到目前已培训了六期。包括中学数学、信息技术、物理、化学、生物、小学汉语、职业高中汉语七个学科层次,学员分别来自全疆15个地、州、市,有维吾尔族、哈萨克族、蒙古族、柯尔克孜族、乌兹别克族、塔塔尔族、塔吉克族七个民族,共计人数2083人,目前已结业1431人,正在学习的有572人。已结业学员培训的总合格率为88.12%,其中两级及以上提高率为92.32%,总提高率为97.6%。本文就双语教师培训工作中重点关注的几个问题和具体做法作一简要的阐述和介绍。

Considerations on the Training of Ethnic Bilingual Teachers in Xinjiang

Xinjiang Education Institute began taking on the task of training ethnic bilingual teachers in Xinjiang in March,2004.Until the present,the institute has run the training course for six terms,including such branches of learning as middle school mathematics,information technology,physics,chemistry and biology;primary school Chinese;and senior middle vocational school Chinese.The students come from fifteen prefectures and cities and belong to seven nationalities: Uygur,Kazak,Mongolian,Kirgiz,Ozbek,Tatar and Tajik.The number of students amount to 2083.1431 of them have completed their studies and 572 are at school.The percentage of pass is 88.12% upon completion of their course of study.The growth rate of the academic record is 92.32% in two grades and the tolal growth rate is 97.6% This paper offers a brief account of some problems to which should be given special atlention and practical solutions for them in the training of bilingual teachers.
