摘    要:企业实行激励机制的根本目的是正确诱导员工的工作动机,使他们在实现组织目标的同时实现自身的需要。增加其满意度,从而使他们的积极性和创造性继续保持和发扬下去。激励机制运用的好坏在一定程度上是决定企业兴衰的一个重要因素。如何运用好激励机制也就成为各个企业面临的一个十分重要的问题。

Abstract:The primary purpose of operating corporate excitation mechanism is to get all the staff members properly motivated so that,while the organizational goal is realized,their own needs can be satisfied to improve their level of satisfaction,thereby maintaining and developing further their enthusiasm and crerativity.The operational performance of excitation mechanism is an important factor having effect on the rise and fall of an enterprise to a certain extent.It is therefore very important for each and every enterprise to properly operate the excitation mechanism.
