| 摘 要： | 糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病的三大并发症之一,其发病率较高。早期属于"痹证""血痹"范畴,晚期则属于"痿证"范畴。其基本病机是"阴虚燥热",但也是与气阴两伤,阴阳俱虚;肝阳化风,肝风入络;瘀血痰浊,痹阻脉络分不开的。消渴病的辨证存在不同的体系,李显筑根据多年临床经验又将其分为"皮肉脉筋骨局部分型辨证法",并研制成功了"九虫丹"活血益气,通络止痛。
