| 摘 要： | 目的调研本院围手术期抗菌药物应用情况与干预后的实施效果,并加以评价。方法取本院2006年6月至2007年12月出院总手术病例2568例,随机抽查120例外科围手术期病例,对其预防应用抗菌药物的合理性进行研究。结果围手术期抗菌药物使用率过高,疗程过长;在药物选择、用药时机、联合用药等方面存在不合理、不规范的情况比较普遍。经干预后使用的抗菌药物合理率有明显提高。结论围手术期不合理应用抗菌药物,会使ADR增多,细菌耐药性增长,并增加患者的医疗费。

| Abstract: | Objective Application and intervention research in perioperarive Antimicrobials and intervention empress of implement effect, and take in to evaluate. Methods 2568 surgical cases of patients who discharged from the hospital from June, 2006 to December, 2007, random survey 120 medical records of surgeries in the perioperative period. Study the application of rationality to Perioperarive antimicrobials. Results Perioperarive antimicrobials＇ s utilization is too high and takes long course in the treatment. The unreasonable phenomenon of using Perioperarive Antimicrobials （ as for drugs of choice , time of using drugs, joint use drugs, etc. ） is Common. After intervention of Antimierobials, represent a significant increase over the reasonable rate. Conclusion Unreasonable use of Perioperarive antimierobials will increase the numbers of ADR, bacterial resistance and patients＇ medical expenses. |
