电网电容器组保护增加谐波防御功能的探讨

电力系统和厂矿企业安装了大量的电容器组对无功功率进行补偿,由于当前电网越来越严重的谐波污染危害,导致电容器组频繁发生短路、火灾、爆炸等事故。文章列举了常州供电公司变电所电容器组发生事故案例的不完全统计及2007年部分变电所谐波超标统计。对电容器组保护增加谐波防御功能提出了一些设想。

Discussion on Adding Harmonic Defence Function for Capacitor Bank Protection of Power Grid

There are plenty of capacitor banks installed ha power systems and enterprises for reactive power compensation.The accidents of capacitor banks occur frequently such as short circuit,fire and explosion because of more and more serious harmonic pollution.The paper enumerated the un-complete statistics of capacitor bank accidents and harmonic pollution in part of substation in Changzhou Power Supply Co.in 2007.Under the conditions of harmonic invader and no effective defence ability,some tentative ideas about adding harmonic defence function for capacitor bank protection were put forward.
